Not only were they looking to stabilize their service business but were also looking for new avenues of growth due to redundancy in previous processes and tools.

The Solution

in 2021, DCH Kay Honda decided to partner with DataClover to add some efficiency and power to their dealership website. Through our Quick Scheduling functionality, we helped DCH Kay Honda develop a stronger and more personalized funnel so their customers could easily book their service appointments with the dealership. Through our plugins, DCH Kay Honda, not only became more convenient to do business with online but was also able to capitalize on their marketing dollars.

  • In their first 30 days on the DSH platform, our marketing drive and plugins generated 129 service appointment requests for DCH Kay Honda. These appointments were then smoothly converted using our Lead Conversion application.
  • Through our set of plugins and tools, DCH Kay Honda’s page/web traffic was converting at a staggering rate of 12% – which is 5X greater than other scheduling tools that only convert at a maximum of 2-3%.
  • 63 of the 129 service customers were outside the 6-month/5k mileage service interval and 38 were 12+ months inactive. 16 were brand-new service customers to the dealership.
